RKS Asset Managementthe residential servicer pioneer in the comprehensive management of real estate assets in non-prime areas and in charge of managing the assets of QPQ Alquiler Seguro after its acquisition by Ktesios Socimi last June, has delegated the operational management of these assets to Alquiler Seguro.
QPQ Alquiler Seguro's portfolio includes 174 assets located in Madrid, Catalonia, Valencia, Murcia, Andalusia and the Basque Country. RKS AM, which manages all the assets of Ktesios Socimi, will continue to be in charge of supervising the management of the assets by Alquiler Seguro.
"Delegating the management of QPQ's properties to Alquiler Seguro is a strategic decision for RKS AM, as it allows us to keep the management of the properties in the same hands after the acquisition by Ktesios. It also allows RKS Asset Management to continue to focus on residential rental in non-prime areas, a segment that offers a huge market opportunity and requires specialized servicers to take advantage of the full potential," said Luis Martín, CEO of RKS AM.
