Ktesios SOCIMI successfully completes capital increase for 3 million euros

Since the IPO of Ktesios in June 2021, the value of the shares has increased by more than 18% and turnover has increased by 96%. The SOCIMI has a diversified portfolio of more than 520 assets in 21 municipalities and 9 provinces.

Ktesios, the leading SOCIMI in investment in affordable rental residential assets in non-prime areas , has successfully completed a capital increase by cash contribution and issuance of new shares amounting to 2,146,300 euros through an issue of 214,630 new shares with a nominal value of 10 euros each and an issue premium of 4 euros, which represents a total premium of 858,520. 858,520. This represents a total disbursement for the full subscription amounting to 3,004,820 euros.

 

The capital increase, which is in addition to the €5 million capital increase carried out last June, will enable the SOCIMI to continue with its strategic plan to invest in affordable rental assets in non-prime areas of Spain. The estimated value of Ktesios' assets at the end of October was over €30 million, 130% higher than their purchase value, reflecting the strong potential of this market and the SOCIMI's strategy.
