Madrid, November XX, 2022 - RKS Asset Management, the pioneering residential servicer in the integrated management of non-prime real estate assets, has appointed Luis Martín Guirado as the company's new CEO. In his new position, Luis Martín will be responsible for leading the company's new strategic plan, which will be presented in early 2023. Henry Gallego, who until now had been the CEO of the RKS Group, assumes the chairmanship of the group.
Luis has more than 30 years of experience in the financial and real estate sector. He spent 7 years as President at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and executive positions at Credit Suisse, Managing Director at Roan Asesoramiento Inmobiliario, Vice President at Citibank and COO at Genesis (MetLife - Banco Santander). In 2014 and 2015 he held the position of Director of Transactions and Market Intelligence at Sareb. Before joining RKS-AM he held the position of Corporate Director of Business Development at Gesvalt.
Luis was President of RICS Spain (2009-2013), is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists and is also a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Madrid Association of Civil Engineers.
Luis holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, an MBA from IE Business School and an AMP from INSEAD. He also holds a diploma in Financial Services Marketing from ESADE and is a member of RICS (Fellow RICS).
