Ktesios SOCIMI successfully completes the purchase of nine assets in Murcia

Ktesios, the leading SOCIMI in investment in affordable rental residential assets in non-prime areas, has announced the acquisition from Bankinter of nine assets, seven of which are residential properties, for more than 350,000 euros. The acquired assets are located in the municipalities of San Pedro de Pinatar and Fortuna, both in the Region of Murcia.

With this acquisition, Ktesios SOCIMI's asset portfolio now totals more than 520 properties and continues with its strategic plan to invest in affordable rental assets in non-prime areas of Spain.
